The Role
Provide telephone and email Customer Service Support to customers within the financial sector
Respond to customer contacts in a timely and accurate manner in line with company service levels
Work to team and individual goals for response times, resolution of problems and call volumes
Aim to be the best, always aiming for the highest standard of Customer Service
Deal with complaints and interact with other departments to solve issues
Reporting to your Team Manager you will strive to meet your objectives
Requirements
Previous Call Centre or Customer Service experience would be of distinct advantage
Completely customer focused with excellent interpersonal skills
Good telephone manner
Adaptable and flexible approach
Ability to work on own initiative
Mature outlook and ability to resolve problems effectively
Team Player with ability to learn fast
Passion for providing the highest levels of service
Good computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and databases
Strong communication skills
Ability to work under pressure to very high standards
Fluency in English and German required, both written and spoken
As this is a 365 day and 24/7 operation, so you will be required to work shifts.
