Three levels of assessment with corresponding means of assessment are elaborated: the micro level of workplace which uses work dimensions, an intermediate level of departments/companies employing organizational evaluation patterns, and a macro level of sectors or societies utilizing scenarios of future work, technology and education as means of assessment.\|The second part summarizes the results of the assessment studies in the car building, the electrical/electronic industries and the machine tool sectors in four countries: Germany, Japan, the U.S. and Australia; and concludes with some recommendations. | Herausgeber: | Institut Technik und Bildung | Buch/Zeitschriftname: | Arbeitspapiere des ITB Nr. 3 | Verlag: | | Ort: | Bremen | Jahr: | 1991 | Jhrg.: | | BdNr.: | | HeftNr.: | | Seitenzahl: | 112 | ISBN/ISSN: | 3-9802786-2 | Preis: | 16,00 DM | BestellNr.
