A wife, and maybe a dog. and good friends, isn't that what we're really after?
If you are wondering why I turned to a pen pals page to find friends, Well let me start with, I got Cerebral palsy [WAIT, don't click me off yet, Somebody has to have it, haha], In fact some thinks that i'm cute and adorable [they might be blind, but i won't tell them, haha]. No, really I had a good life, and it's not over yet. Well been marry for 27 years, and had 2 sons, 30-28 [so see i'm not that handicap, haha] and now 3 gandkids [they calls me ''HAHA'', wonder why?]. CP never got me down, lead a ''normal'' life [what's normal, haha], Went to college and took psycology, for 2 years [but couldn't say some of the big words, by the time i said them, the people didn't need my help, any more, haha]. Then drove a cab, midnights, in Detroit [they needed my help, haha] for 2 years. Then moved to Tennessee, and back to college, and took bookkeeping [so i was a bookie, please don't click me off yet, haha]. then moved to Florida, and found a handicap group that wanted to open a thrift shop, we DID! but nobody wanted to work, EXCEPT ME, so after 1 year, the group ended, and gave me AUNT SARA ATTIC, and soon became UNCLE DENNIES WORLD [thanks to some friends at the neighborhood bar, haha] Guess ENGLEWOOD, FLORDIA liked seeing a handicap man that forgot he's handicap, haha, moving furniture outside with his legs [strong legs BABY, haha], ANYWAYS, selling items that people, churches, clubs, etc, DONATED, cheap to help others, and giving items to others that were in real need, and just being there with an open heart, and smiles, it lasted 21 years, 30 volunteers, 5,000 ft store.
My son got into a little bit of trouble in tennessee, and was going to be AWAY, for awhile, so he asked if i could come and help, so I gave my shop to two ladies that was going to run it, as i did, and i was going to open one in TN [never did, and the ladies lasted one year]. WELL I'M BACK in Florida, my son is great now. And I'm still UNCLE DENNIE, and people wants me to open another shop, But Englewood changed, high class, forgotten the working people, buildings are going for about 300% more now. And my dad died, he was only 97, and he left me some income [not alot, but some], and I found a little church thrift shop and food bank, thats doing UNCLE DENNIE job, and they welcome me with open arms, So mostly everyday i'm there with ''YOU NEED THAT, BABY'', haha.
OK, why I'm at a pen pal page? BIG MOUTH, SMILES, and could sell you a new bra, IS really shy, when it's comes to man/woman talks, guess my handicap, after my wife died, I thought my life was over, until someone said SELL ON Ebay, well got a computer, and guess WHAT? found myself on a personal page, ladies started to write, and loved me for me, for getting my handicap, and in three cases, we fell in love [would tell you why it ended, BUT good reasons, and good thoughts forever]. OK now you can click me off, and WRITE ME BACK!!!!!!
