Ach Laura, ich sehe Dir werden anspruchsvolle Aufgaben im Praktikum zugewiesen ;o) Dein Chef scheint ja voll der Spassvogel zu sein-höhö!
wünsche gutes durchhalten und schau jetzt nach karnevalsflügen. ich freu mich auf meine zwei liebsten Partymäuse!! Hanna , mit der Diplomarbeit geht es gut, ich schicke heute meinem Professor den dritten und letzten Teil. Dann muss ich "nur" noch Schluss und Einleitung schreiben, wenn er keinen Einspruch erhebt. Wehe, er hat irgendetwas zu kritisieren....:o)

Endlilch arbeite ich auch mal ein bischen, allerdings nur vorübergehend als Praktikant bei Bayer. Und da hat mein Chef mir doch gerade spaßeshalber den Autrag erteilt, den Spruch "NICHTS IST SO KOMPLIZIERT,ALS DAS ES JEMAND, DER ES WIRKLICH VERSTANDEN HAT, NICHT ERKLÄREN KÖNNTE!" ins englische übersetzen soll. Also falls jemand von Euch sich ein bischen poetisch austoben möchte, nur zu :-)

Ramseylein, bald werde ich dir mehr sms auf arabisch schicken. :o) Mal sehen was fuer tolle Sprueche ich lernen werde.
Gaaahhhh, am Montag beginnt die Uni wieder! Spannend! Als Belohnung organisiere ich Montag-abend eine "Kossu" (finnischer Schnapps) Party. Um den ersten Vorlesungstag zu vergessen? Mwah-ha ha!

wow, hanna, i agree! first prize goes to you! thank you for your advice! i vaguely remember studying property law and finding it the most tedious part of my year as a law student (seems sooo long ago now!) no worries, proper legal advice will be taken, i just kind of needed some 'quick' advice initially. thanks again!
anyway................

Clarissa, you have asked me a question on the topic I most loathed studying. :o) As far as I know (or believe) the lease continues until the end, unless there's a clause in the contract saying you can end it at such and such notice. If it's for a limited time, then ending it shouldn't be a prob. Otherwise the lease goes to the administrator of the deceased's estate (as a trust - aaarrggghhh, trusts!) and then to whomever it's meant to go to according to the will and he/she can then dispose of it as he/she likes. If they want to end the lease the rest of the rent can prob be paid by the administrators from the estate. However professional this may sound, do not take my word for it. I'm only a law STUDENT and studied land law 2 years ago. Seek proper legal advice from someone who should know their stuff, ie. a solicitor or the local CAB.
Moving on...frohes 2005 an alle! Bin wieder in SB nach Finnland und Bodensee.
Hatte heute einen schrecklichen Tag, weil ich es geschafft habe den Hinterreifen in Alex Auto plattzumachen. Malek und ich mussten dann den halben Tag damit verbringen Reifen zu wechseln, einen neuen zu kaufen und den dann wieder mit dem Reservereifen zu wechseln. Puuhh!! Und ich wollte einen ruhigen Mittwoch. :o)
