As of September 22, 155 NHL players had signed contracts with European teams, including players who signed contracts for the duration of the lockout, and players who have committed themselves for at least a full season in Europe, regardless of the duration of the NHL labor dispute.
Below find a list released by the
International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF). It lists NHL players who have signed contracts in Europe as a direct result of the labour dispute.
It is not intended to be a comprehensive list of former NHL-players who have signed with European clubs, players who would have done so regardless of the lockout.
