I like this Idea of real bets on e-sport games & Tournaments/ teams & Players. But I dont like the Idea of a German Company using an english LTD with a financial coverage of 50 Pounds giving away your Personal information to one of the worst Companies anyone would want to get involved with.
Germans all live with the SCHUFA Holding AG and they dont know it any different. They believe in this System and are confronted with that "MAFIA-LIKE" organisation with every financial step they make. The truth about it is that it is unnecessary in most cases to agree to a credibility check through the SCHUFA Holding AG if there is no Credit involved. BetPLAYER IST NOT GIVING ANYONE CREDIT so why are they checking and transmitting personal & financial Data to this Company.

This exactly is the typical German way of doing unnecessary things packed in Contracts that always cause personal trouble in the long run. Any one who agrees to "5.6. Bonitätsprüfung:"
should know this.

There are a few things I dont like about this company:
1. They are using an english LTD "Limited company" instead of a German "LTD" named "GmbH", What is the difference? I tell you: Its the Coverage in case of the Company going Bankrupt.
LTD= start @ 50 British Pounds. A GmbH starts @ 25'000 €uro. Anyone can set up an LTD in 3 days costing about 500 Pounds.

2. If you have a legal problem with this company you will have to get your legal advise in the UK because the LTD is registered in England. 99% of the German users believe that they can claim against this company in Germany in case of a legal dispute. This fact makes Betplayer hard to grab in case of fraud.

3.This company is giving personal data to the SCHUFA Holding AG, for no reason what so ever!

4. It is run by Germans that are not only aiming at the German e-Sport Community but haven't found the time to get the Web Site up and running in english properly. So most non-German speaking Europeans wouldn't know what they are signing up for.

Taking all into consideration: They are simply not trustworthy and I would over-think getting involved with these guys.
